Who we are
CEAHT, the Center for Evidence, Access & Health Technology, operates this website at ceaht.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to the contact email listed on our Contact page.
What we collect
This site has no user accounts and collects no personal information automatically for tracking purposes. If you contact us through the form or by email, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, work email, organization type and message.
How we use it
We use contact information only to respond to your inquiry, propose an engagement, or continue a conversation you started. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic: which pages are visited, when, and from which country or referrer. These measurements are anonymous and are never used to identify individual visitors, sold, or shared for advertising. In addition, this site stores a small visit counter in your own browser (local storage, not a cookie) so we can tell a first-time visit from a returning one, and it measures how far pages are scrolled and roughly how long they are read. These are recorded in broad ranges, never as exact values tied to a person, and the counter never leaves your browser. Country and city level location comes from our host's server logs in aggregate form. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser storage.
Service providers
The site is hosted on infrastructure provided by our hosting vendor, and form submissions may be processed by a form-handling service. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to manage the relationship. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to our contact email. If you are in a jurisdiction with data protection laws such as the GDPR, you may also have rights to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
International transfers
Our website infrastructure may be hosted in the United States or other jurisdictions. By contacting us, you understand your message will be processed where our systems operate.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision.
